About Lynn Fontana

Lynn is an accomplished civil litigator with a concentration in employment law. For over thirty years, Lynn has represented employees in federal and state courts in claims for race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, breach of contract, and related claims.

In addition to her litigation work, Lynn represents employees in negotiating severance packages, contracts, and compensation disputes. She is also a mediator.


Lynn holds the top Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating for legal ability and ethics.

Lynn has been listed as a North Carolina Super Lawyer every year since 2009. The selection process for the “Super Lawyer” honor includes peer nominations, a blue ribbon panel review and independent research of candidates.
